Borås was the centre of fabric production and trade in Sweden and maintained a centuries long reputation for textiles that has extended to art and sculpture. The University of Borås is connected to the Swedish School of Textiles ↗️ and the Textile Fashion Centre , a hub for creatives and industry professionals to collaborate and shape the future of fashion. The Incubator in Borås supports entrepreneurs and innovators in technology, textiles and fashion with business development – from business concept to market launch. Textile Fashion Center Borås The Textile Fashion Center project included reconstructing and building additions to a former textile factory and industrial area. Sweco has been involved in all of the phases of the project under a partnership with the architecture firm DTH Arkitekter. Textil/Design 1 För årskurs 2-3 .
